RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- If you aren’t happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange as long as it’s reasonable and fulfils the conditions.
- All returns must be made within 7 working days (Domestic orders) and 14 working days (international orders) from the date of your orders received.
- All items must be returned in their original conditions, unworn, unwashed, unperfumed and unaltered with all tags attached.
- Your return items must be unused and in the same conditions that you received.
- We reserve the right to reject your returned items that have been damaged, stains (make up) or any used items.
- P LOVFFEE does not provide cash refund for returned purchases.
- Refund will be made by store credit voucher only.
- Returns can only make one time per order number.
- Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning the items unless you have received a faulty item or the wrong item.
- Returns or exchanges are not applicable for accessories due to hygiene purpose.
- All sale and promotional items are final, there is no return, exchange or refunds on any sales items.
- Customers are advised to inform us before returning the items, otherwise the returns or exchanges will not be processed. You may request a return by filling this Return Request Form.
- We will not proceed on with the return or exchange if the parcel does not reach us and we will not liable for lost in transit. We strongly recommend that you return your parcel using registered mail.
- Returns can be sent to the below address with your return form.
*Colour of products may be slightly different due to variations in computer screen calibration and studio lighting used as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter.
*Measurement of the products might be different in 1 cm-2 cm due to the different stretchable quality of the material. Please do check the measurements given in our products and compare with your existing dresses for best fit.
